Modern Cue Club started with a simple frustration: the Okanagan has no shortage of people who love billiards, and nowhere serious to play. Tables tucked in the back of loud bars. Torn cloth. Waiting around for someone to find the key.
So we are building the room we wanted: tournament-grade tables, proper lighting, and a space that respects the game. And we are running it without a front desk, because the technology finally exists to do that well. Book on your phone, walk in, play. That is it.

When does the club open?
We are targeting 2026. Founding members hear the exact date first, and get access before the public launch.
What does a Founding Membership actually get me?
A permanently locked-in member rate, early booking access, priority at peak hours, guest passes, and an invitation to opening night. The rate never goes up for founding members.
How does the club run with no staff?
Your booking is tied to the door and to your table. The door unlocks for your session, your table lights up, and a smart locker releases your set of balls. Return them at the end and your session closes out automatically.
How am I billed?
For the time you actually play. Your session starts when you take your balls from the locker and ends when you return them, and the difference is charged to your card on file.
What if I need to cancel?
Reach out before opening day and we will make it right: full refund or a transfer to someone else, your choice. Final refund terms are confirmed at checkout.
